Booking

We’re fairly relaxed, but have a few house rules to keep everything running smoothly.

Please read them before booking an appointment with us.

CONSULTATIONS:

Pop in to the salon for a quick chat with your stylist before making a booking. You can also give our friendly staff a call before heading in to see us, if you prefer.

PATCH TESTS:

We insist on a patch test for some of our services, including when we apply colour or bleaching products to your hair. This needs to be at least 48 hours before the main appoinment.

CANCELLATIONS:

We know that things come up, and you may sometimes need to change or cancel an appointment. Please just give us as much notice as possible so we have opportunity to use the time with another client.

We do reserve the right to make a 50% charge if we get less than 24 hours notice of a change or cancellation. No shows will be charged in full.

TIMELINESS:

We do our best to keep everything on time. If you turn up late, it impacts everyone, including the person after you. You’ll be very welcome to arrive a little early and take a breather in our waiting area. Grab a cuppa, or perhaps some of our locally-sourced coffee. We also have plenty of magazines and newspapers available.

PAYMENT:

We welcome all major credit and debit cards. You can also pay in cash.

  • Thursday 8AM to 8PM
  • Friday 8AM to 4PM
  • Saturday 8AM to 4PM
  • Sunday Closed
